7 days to die farming brass9/27/2023 Typically, 2-3 tier 3 missions can be turned into 30k duke coins. The higher your level (+your mission tiers) will yield better items and more of them, for instance a 900 duke coin q4 ak-47 half broken will sell fixed for 3k duke coins, Make repairs kits (lots of them/bones+murkey water=glue+cloth=duct tape, mine and melt iron=forged iron), do missions, repair the broken items you loot in missions with the repair kits (doubles their value) Level up better barter perk in intelligence attribute (+25% better bartering with trader) It is best played by those that have a basic understanding of the vanilla. Ravenhearst has often been called the mod that is not for everyone. Every aspect of the vanilla game has been tweaked or tuned to increase challenge and difficulty. Make a cigar, or buy one (+10% to bartering with trader). Ravenhearst is a full overhaul mod that uses the amazing 7 Days to Die and turns expectations in its head. Unless dukes can be smelted for an insane amount of brass, I don't really care to smelt them.that's my money haha. ![]() I was just curious if there was something I may be missing as far as easy brass. I consider myself seasoned enough in this game. I am specifically looking for brass in abundance. the game just started taking too long to load and i noticed a drop in performance that made the game unplayable.Originally posted by erikh5027:Thanks for all your responses. Point is, i have too many mods running at once to have too many extra blocks and items such as copper and zinc when i already have a suite of elemental damage dealing ammo and melee weapons plus ice and a freezer and ice maker and more. with those items and blocks, though, you can start making a slew of brass blocks subsitutable for the scrap iron blocks if you want. i suggest slightly less damage and durability than iron tools, but it's not necessary. ![]() Naturally, that would get inserted into the blocks.xml file-and if you want to go so far as to make forged brass as an item similar to the forged iron and steel:Īnd of course you can make a bunch of recipes for forged brass and brass tools, etc. Sorry that was so long, but i wanted to show a few places it can be inserted into a biome's code. I take that line of code and insert it into different biomes in the biomes xml file-like so: Originally posted by Mason Really? umm what exactly do you mean by skipping the zinc and copper? and could you show me the inputs and stuff? x)īy skipping the zinc and copper, i simply mean not using those blocks/items and placing the scrap brass unit itself as blocks that will spawn in the biomes. so Scav level 5 to allow the scrapping of both items in inventory. You can tell that code in that mod was taken from a previous mod & not written from scratch as both ores should be named together & both should be salvagable without the need for skills. Im not a Guru when it comes to editing the games XML, Only what ive learnt while modding WOTW files for my own server. that will work without restarting the map. I cant think of a way to just add it other than adding those ores to the Loot table so when you search say Stifftool boxes or Builders boxes you have a chance of getting it. either way it would mean a restart on the map. Theres only 2 ways I know of, 1) place it into the biome subsection & have it spawn in the Burnt area or what ever you choose & the 2nd would be to maybe have an Ore prefab that would take from your code.
